Where is environment? It relates to the conditions. It is of various types. Not only the environment of man but also the environment concerning man. It can be political, spiritual or physical environment. The environment which is suited to man and which fosters human nature should be there, that is good company. If the environment which fosters human nature is not there, man becomes an animal or demon. So we should develop an environment, which fosters human nature (M, pp. 6-7)
