To reach the Divine within, one has to qualify himself to pass through four gates; Sama, Vicharana, Tripti and Satsangam (self control, enquiry, contentment and the company of the good).

Once these four gates are passed – sense control, discrimination, contentment and satsanga-the road to divinity is clear. Our life gets transformed. (SSS Vol.20, p. 10/ 12)
