Many are advising you to win the favours of Gods so that they may spare you from calamity. Many are collecting funds to perform rites which can ward off the fire and fury which are predicted. I do not object to prayer, or to the rites, for they are good in themselves, apart from the planetary phenomenon. However, do not be misled into inviting terror into your hearts. There will be no convulsions in Nature, no Tornado or torrential rain, no flood or damage to earth or sky. The only calamity that will take place is the forfeiture of deposit money by a number of defeated candidates, contesting the General Elections during this period. (SSSm Vol.2)
