The supreme Vedic wisdom is called ‘rasa’ (juice) by the Upanishads. This highest spiritual wisdom has love as its nature. To taste this love, one must rid oneself of lust, completely surrender oneself to the Lord and experience identify with him. (SSB 1979, p. 135)
