The desire and the ability to work and the knowledge of how to work, all together will represent the aspect of Bharata. The same thing is described in terms of three different paths, namely the path of Karma, the path of Upasana, and the path of Jnana. These three have also been called Sruti, Raga and Tala, or the rhythm, song and beat respectively. If we split the word Bharat into ‘Bha’, ‘Ra’ and ‘Ta’, we can get a correct description of our country. The synthesis of Bhava, Raga and Tala, or the synthesis of the thought, the song and the beat represented our country. The oneness of thought, word and deed is characteristic of our country. The oneness of these three aspects has also been called, Triputa. (SSB 1974, p. 140)
The essence of Triputi is the integral, unitive reality of Jiva (man), Ishvara (God) and Prakriti (world). The divinity of the individual and the can oneness in diversity can be visualised by adopting ha- the chinmudra during meditation. (SSB 1979, p. 112)
Once you have conquered the triple illusion of Triputi, you will experience Brahman in all things at all times. (UV, p. 78)
The cleansing and purifying of one’s thought, word and deed is termed as Triputi in the spiritual parlance. (TTFFW, p. 4)
