First people must learn that for business, these two are very important: great personality and full balance. If there is no balance, we cannot do business. Life depends on balance. Walking is a balance. Eating also should be balanced. Everything should be in balance. if you want to ride a cycle, you need balance. Happiness and sorrow should be viewed in balance. Everything depends on balance. When the knowledge is perverted, balance is lost. That is why I always say; at the top is always knowledge. When we skill this knowledge, balance will be correct. But we are not ‘skilling’ the knowledge, which means that the knowledge should be transformed into skill, but instead we are killing it. How do we kill? Bad looks, bad hearing, bad thoughts, bad speech and bad action would together kill the knowledge. Good hearing, good sight, good speech and good action would in combination skill your knowledge. These are the things that should be taught to the students first when they enter this place. When there is no balance, business will be spoiled. Happiness and sorrow should be viewed in balance.
