There are other flaws in business. When work is carried out without any regard to Truth and Morality, it may be all right for a day or two but grief is bound to come. Managers are paid huge salaries so that they are totally subordinate to the directors. They become rubber stamps of the directors. Directors are not prepared to expose the defects in the management. That person who shows defects in management is a real person. There are educated persons among directors but they take to evil paths and wrong ways. In certain families, behaviour is indecent. There are associations and societies, which allow politicians to even, enter areas like advertising. Instead of advertising products of great use, they give room for politics.
