Everything

Atma takes the form of Brahman and adopt human body as his chariot and moves about world. Therefore, the world is Brahman, the market is Brahman, the body is Brahman, Brahman is Brahman and everything is Brahman. (SSB 1974 Part I, p. 132)

God is everywhere, He is everything; so it appears as if He is nowhere, and He is not in anything! For, to know Him you have to identify Him as someone foreign and something unique. (SSS Vol.7, p. 12)

Look upon all and everything as images of the One, namely, God. Everyone, everything is His image. InTamas, it is reflected as matter. In Rajas, it is reflected as life. In Sattva it is reflected as divine. Feel thus; think thus; act thus. Then there is no greed, no lust, no hate, no malice. (SSS Vol.7, p. 472)

Everything is held together by God’s strength. God is present everywhere. You are only a means through which God is seeing everyone in this world. You are only imagining that you are seeing with your eyes but you are in fact seeing with God’s eyes. First thing to do is to find who you are. (SSB 1973, p. 175)

Bear everything; do nothing. Hear everything; say nothing. Give everything; take nothing. Serve everything; be nothing. (L&L, p. 28)

The Saint Purandharadhaasa went from street to street proclaiming that everything is Divine. He sang: ‘Who planted and watered the tree that grows upon a hill? Who painted the feathers of the peacock? Who provided the green-feathered parrot with a rosy beak?’ These are possible only for the Divine. When I began my discourse, I addressed you all as ‘Embodiments of the Divine Atma’. In the Bhagavatam and in the Gita the Lord has declared: ‘All beings in creation are manifestations of one enternal fragment of Myself.’

mamaivamso jiva-loke

jiva-bhutah sanatanah

manah-sasthanindriyani

prakrti-sthani karsati

(Bhagavad Gita, 15:7)

The divine is manifest in every being. Only when this truth is understood can you know the meaning or the term ‘Divyatma swarupulara’ (Embodimetns of the Divine Atma). (SSS Vol.17, pp. 88-89)

Let God be represented by number one, because He is the One behind the many. Let each planet in the universe be symbolized by a zero. If the numeral 1 is placed before the zeros, the latter which have no value by themselves gain in value by themselves gain in value because of the number 1 before them. On the contrary, if the process is reversed, any number of zeros placed before the numeral 1 become valueless. Therefore, the conclusion is that with God nothing is everything and without God everything is nothing. (NNSG Vol.1, p. 141)
