Remember each person has three sources of power in him - as an individual, as a child or lamp of God and as the shrine where the Self is installed. You must have read that Hanuman once told Rama, ‘When I feel I am body, I am related to you as a Servant to his Master; when I feel I am the individualised soul, I am related to you as the reflection in the mirror is to the Original that is before it. When I know that I am the Universe soul, and that all other appearances are futile fancy, I am related to you. No, I am you and You are I’. (GICS, p. 203)
