Will power is brought about by philosophy. Will power is the direct manifestation of Atma-Shakti. (CWBSSB, p. 69)
He (Krishna), being the In-dweller, is the inner motivator of all that is spoken or done by anyone at any time. And the consequence of the Karma performed and inherited by each individual from previous lives also adds its quota to this destiny.
There can be no limit or obstacle to His Will, nor bounds to the manifestation or His Power and His Glory. He fructifies all that He Wills. He can manifest in whatever form He wills. He is unique, incomparable, equal to Himself alone. He is His own measure, witness, authority. God alone knows the ways of God! (Bhag Vahini, p. 58)
Vyasa said to Parikshit, ‘Son! Were the mighty miracles of Krishna one or two in number, I could have described them to you. If one had a billion tongues, and the whole of eternity before him, description of His Majesty could never be exhausted. All the Gods bowed before Him with folded hands. Sometimes He would raise His Bhaktas to the skies, very soon thereafter He would drag them down to the depths. He treated the world as a puppet show. He was always radiant with His smile. He never knew anxiety, disappointment or distress. He behaved sometimes like a common man, sometimes as an innocent child, at other times as a kinsman, or as an intimate friend or as a masterful monarch, or He behaved sometimes as a playful cowherd boy. He had the capacity and cleverness to play all roles with unique distinction. (Bhag Vahini, pp. 95-96)
There is no weapon more effective than His Will; it can, in the fraction of a second, transform the earth into sky and sky into earth. He acts the human role when He moves among people and so, men form their own guesses without understanding the inner significance of His acts. This is but the consequence of the delusion that veils the vision of man. (Bhag Vahini, p. 99)
A strong will is the best tonic; the will becomes strong when you know that you are a child of immortality, or a person who has earned the grace of the Lord. (SSS Vol.5, p. 241)
If it is His will, He will grant food and raiments; if not, well, let His will prevail. That is the path of Saranagati or Prapatti. (SSS Vol.4, p. 75)
You are all I. I am all of you. I know I am the Atma; you believe you are the body! You are sugar dolls; I am the sugar. Revere any Name; the reverence reaches Me, for I answer to all Names. Denigrate any individual, it affects Me; for all individuals are expressions of My Will. (SSS Vol.8, p. 29)
The formula that nothing can be created out of nothing is appropriate to the limited field and dimensions of science. It does not at all apply to the transcendental field and dimensions of spirituality. In the latter field, anything can be created by supreme will. All that exists can be made to disappear and what does not exist can be made to appear.
Our history and tradition, scriptures as well as our literature are full of such incidents which they call miracles. The material laws and formulae simply do not apply to divinity. For me this is not a matter of any mystery or mystique. What I will, happens: What I order, materializes. (S&M, p. 253)
A Strong will is the best tonic. The will becomes strong when you know that you are a child of Immortality or a person who has earned the Grace of the Lord. Medicine and hospitalisation are for those who doubt and hesitate and argue about this doctor being more efficient than the other and this drug being more powerful than the rest. For these who rely on the Supreme Doctor, His Name is the drug that cures. (SSVahini, p. 249)
Nothing is wrong with you; ‘where there is a will there is a way’ is eminently true. At first the will is your own which has to be strengthened by the thought of God until you convert it into the Almighty Will of God. You are not weak and helpless. Every strength and power is within you. God-vision is yours that very instant when you will it with concentration. Why you don’t? Simply because you do not choose to. Trust in and submission to the Supreme Will in all circumstances means the vision of truth, vision of the root principle of all Creation. ‘If God wills’ means only if you assert your own all-powerful will. The solution therefore is to awaken the inherent power and splendour of your soul. Do it . You are verily the immortal Truth; the great, deathless and changeless Reality. (NNSG Vol.1, pp. 140-141)
